Tommy from Under the Plumb came out of an evening to look at our leaking loo. Water was flooding bathroom every time we flushed the loo. He found the Pan connector behind the loo had come away and was not connected. Luckily he had this part on his van and he replaced it, and everything was back to normal within a couple of hours! Very polite and would definitely recommend!
